The chocolate is always a treat! However, I was really let down by how you handled the courier situation. It was meant to be a Valentine's gift, and having it tossed over my garden gate resulted in a broken mess.

"Sweet Valentine's Surprise for My Wife"
Super convenient, quick shipping, and a great price. The taste was top-notch. Just a tiny gripe: all the chocolates I got were dark, and getting a milk one instead because of stock issues was a bit of a letdown, which cost you a star. It would’ve been nicer to just double up on the dark ones I ordered.

"Regrettably, I won't be back"
I paid for express shipping that was supposed to arrive on Valentine’s Day, but it didn’t show up the next day either. They rely on Evri for their deliveries, which means I won’t be placing any more orders here. What a bummer.

Since I've ordered from this Company previously, I felt confident in placing another order. I really appreciated being able to select every single chocolate I wanted in my chosen box. The delivery was super fast, and the chocolates were simply scrumptious!

For Christmas, my grandkids gifted me a box of Indulgence chocolates, and let me tell ya, they were just too good to resist! My daughter ended up ordering me another box, which I polished off in no time. Then I went ahead and got a third box, but it took a few days to show up. When it finally did, it was all nicely packed, complete with a photo card that displayed each unique flavor. I'm really trying to limit myself to just one a day to stretch them out, but man, that’s a tough challenge!

"Terrible service for a gift order..."
I placed an order a week ago Sunday for a present needed by the next Saturday. They promised delivery in 3 to 4 days. It didn’t arrive until the Monday after the party on Saturday. To make matters worse, some of the chocolates were either melted or smudged.

These chocolates are consistently delightful. There’s a great selection of flavors. I received some for my birthday and enjoyed them so much that I returned the favor and got her a box. These are definitely our favorite treats. I often find myself wanting to grab a few for myself since they’re just that tasty!
